I'll be installing my new TRD struts and springs within the next week or so. I'm wondering how much setting these springs have over what period of time, and how far after the install should I wait to align the car. For those of you who have done this before, should I wait for the springs to settle before I align my car, or will it make much difference at all.

Thanks in advance for your inputs

With most aftermarket springs they take time to settle down.
My best advice I can give you is to get a life time alignment from Firestone so you can get your car aligned right away so that you don't burn through your tires because of negative camber and misaligned tow.
After 5k miles or so the springs will most likely be settled and the camber will be off again but by a little so it will be time again and get another alignment but this time and form now on it is absolutely free as long as you own you car.

^^^ How much do those lifetime alignments cost?

It depends on your state. In mine it is about $140 but I was able to get it for $125 on sale.
It is worth it because with two alignments it pays for its self and after that it
