Use a clay bar. You'll have to rewax/repolish the bumper after since the clay bar will remove whatever was previously on it.

I wouldn't trust anything like goo gone. If you're trying to remove paint from the bumper, don't you think it could remove more paint than you wanted?

A clay bar is a little piece of rubbery clay that you run across the surface of the paint with some water and soap. It picks up all the dirt on the paint.

Go to your local auto store. There should be a few brands that sell clay bars. I use Zaino's on my car.

DJ- try a search for "clay bar" or just expand the # of days posts that you can view. There have been several very informative posts about this in the last few weeks.

I used clay to remove overspray on my wife's car with success.
