naw i think it is better for everyday driving to.......it shouldve come like that stock!........and with an lsd!

the first time you feel one its harder to shift and takes a little more effort, but then it gets to be feeling normal and just like stock.
i drove my friends car with the stock shifter and it feels soooo loose compaired to the SS/not as precise feeling.

i love my short shifter..wouldnt want the stock shifter again..

No probs here. A short shifter makes an incredible difference in racing and everyday driving. Go get one. You won't be disappointed.

i think a ss is better in fact cuz there's less throw on da car and tranny and engine. if u can, thatd be one of da first things to do.

I thought they didnt make a short shifter for the GT do they which one? Where can i order thx.

TRD SS won't work on the late 01' to presents 's Celicas...since they have upgraded the shift gate and stuff....

and i guess B&M won't have this kinds of problems...since B&M SS is just a shorter rod unlike the TRD SS that comes with the whole shifter housing and stuff.....

oh no, I can't use TRD SS on my 2002 GTS ? was thinking about ordering it. why is the tranny incompatible with the SS ? don't like the B&M one. it would only make sense that TRD makes one that works with 2002 right ?
