Has anyone or does anyone know anyone that has shaved door handles? Thinking about getting a custom job done but would like to see if anyone else has done this yet. What do you all think? Also if anyone has any pics of this I would like to see.
Thanks
Josh

it all depends on were you go most shops are going to charge around 750 to a 1000 to put it back to paint the celica has a severe body roll at the handles that make them a pain to shave but as you see it's worth shaving them

I'm wondering why no one has commented on the awkwardness of the front side where the door meets the body? What is that?
Also, this looks like a photochop because there's no visible lines to where the door ends and the car begins!
No offence.. just need some explanation that's all.

REdOX, it's not a photochop job, that car has been featured in magazines before.

Ok, I believe you.. but why does it look like there's no cut-out for the door? And why does the part where the rear-view mirror is supposed to be look awkward?

sorry about this guy's it's Gumby I forgot I had an account set up on my home computer to and I'm to dumb to figure out how to loggin into juicedcelica from here.... the part were the side view mirrors looks funny to most people becuase they have never taken there mirrors off but if you take 2 minutes and check out you own car you will see the same body line excists on your car. for all the suspension experts on this page the back wheels camber all the way down because the rear has a type of upper control arm how ever when I raise the car the wheels straighten out depening on were I drive which means I might even drive withless camber than you do on a dailybasis as far as how it rides I don't think you could beat te quality of ride it has accumulators that are nitrogen filled there for I can adjust it to b as soft or as stiff as I want with a simple pressure change . if anyone is in the AZ area and doubts this send m an e-mail I would be more than happy to take you for a ride

Cool - I was looking in to it... Those are just ballpark numbers right? If so - I would have to do some saving up for those bad boys... I guess it would be nice to have them? Anyway, Thanks for the response...

no not really ball park number a 2 pumps set up complete with accumulators are going to run you about 14oo and I would not recomend doing the set up with out accumluator's running a coil over hydraulic set up in the front is dangerous it leaves a good possiblity for the hydraulic cylinder to hit the drive axle. please don't start the photo shop thing all of these pictures are very real I keep an open invitation for anyone to come and check out the car both of the shadow's go the sma way the car shadows to the passenger side and an angle towards the front as do the shadow'sof the people who stand by it please look into a little more before making such a silly comment

Couldn't give a damn, real or not, that car looks good :) At a guess I'd say that fecked up line is where the wing mirrors are rmoved, probably for the purpose of show, I'd also guess that you don't drive it around running that low, or at least if you do those rears must eat tyres :)
Nice look, I'd refit the mirrors and key them though, without the lines are messed up.
Cheers

the car is just slammed I am sure its fine when its up for daily driving don't u guys know anything about taking a show picture. shaving door handles is about a 100 per door plus paint. they have to weld a peice of metal on their and then bondo and sand it down.
