Still can't post pic's..Driving me NUCKING FUTS!

Guys,
Any help here would be appreciated.
I post using the little "IMG" button and it comes out as a hyper link instead of a picture.

If I manually do the old insert http/:picture (without the spaces at the beginning and end) it comes out as a hyper link again...

what gives. What am i doing incorrectly?

You cannot post an image that is an attachment on a thread. I downloaded it and what you should do is download it also and then upload it to a webhost or something that you can link it off of.
