So it's a Grand Vitara because one was in the lot when they made it? Kevlar body panels for crap's sake! Looks like a little kids plastic toy. :gay:

The Grand Vitara is actually a larger version of the Vitara (aka Escudo!). Escudo should ring a bell, especially if you play any Gran Turismo game. Suzuki didn't just "picked one off the lot". It has a rich and dominate history. It's in a class of its own when it comes to the Pikes Peak hillclimb. There was even a time where suzuki decided to go with a twin engine, twin turbo set up and still under a ton. This successor looks to be more hefty then the previous Escudos... i wonder how it'll do.
Oh yea, one more thing. its not a kids plastic toy... its a soda can with 245hp on each wheel. Doesn't sound gay to me...

I was referring to the body mods on the one in the link, and how it's given the name of a vehicle that they sell accross the country, even though it has very limited, if any, resemblence to it's namesake. I feel the same why about NASCAR vehicles vs. the ones on the street.
