I have been doing very good...business is crazy...I started doing residential real estate...commercial is crazy right now...I can't keep up...and now I am also doing mortgage lending...that is starting to take off...I want to retre in 10 years...don't have much time...

I have a few real estate conferences to go in California, LA, and Las Vegas shortly...hopefully we can meet up...

I am also trying to open a few businesses with some friends...a sports bar and a restaurant...and maybe in the future for me my own real estate firm.

Sorry yeah Bully K is right. It is a TRD emblem sticker and the TRD bolts. It has been so busy at work...If anyone is interested I am willing to make a deal...
