Power Window Trouble

Hey everyone my cars in the shop gettin a total repaint.. and all of a sudden the passenger side window wont go down... the guy doing my car said that there was power going into the switchs but nothing comming from the switch.... would this be the whole switch unit?? Motor?? i know its not the Fuse i looked :) anyone who can help...

I went to Toyota and they told my i had to bring my car there.. i was like ummm kinda hard its all takein apart and then they went B*ll**** on me cause im gettin repainted and i shouldnt have dont it if i knew it was gonna screw up..... but there givin me a New Switch Unit.... if thats not the Problem i have to pay for the part.... cause i didnt take it there for them to look at...... and if it works its all paid for..... sooo let me know what you think this might be.... thanks

If power is going to the switch unit, but there isn't any coming out of it then it would seem as though the switch unit is bad....or there could be a bad ground/short in the wiring somewhere.

BTW, how will Toyota know that it wasn't the part? Just tell them that it worked, even if it doesn't.
