Someone had told me the RF 800.2 would be enough to make them sound good. Im really new at car audio stuff and this being my first project type thing with it. I don't need anything that will be for competition but just something that is really good almost at competition level.

I would go with an amp that puts out no more than 400 watts RMS (continuous) since that is what the specs say it can handle. Some good amps in my opinion are MTX, PPI, Orion (not the Cobalt series though), and Fosgate.

I would suggest go to a reputable, local car audio retailer and ask some questions about box configurations, how to wire your subs, which amp would work best etc. It all depends on what type of music you listen to and whether you're looking for tight, quality bass or just want to turn your car into the boom boom room.
