passenger auto down?

i was wondering if there was any way to equip my celica with auto down for passenger window aswell......obviously driver side has auto down, is it posible to make passenger side too???? help is greatly appreciated

I have searched for this before and came up with nothing. I may just resort to ripping the center console apart and looking at the window switch to see if there is any diff in the electronics.

maybe we should just cut the pass window into the driver window line.....that way when we put them down theyre even too :) i am always worrying about evenness

ecelica used to have the install. did anyone save it? there is an extra puh pad thing on that side to do it but u have ot solder new leeds or soemthing. i dont recall completely. try to get the tech specs and go from there

the extra empty space in driver side can be removed to put new white plastic thing that pushes the circuit board.
and u need to make new circuit on the board..which is for auto up.
However, the circuit board it self doesn't have any space for passanger side...unfortunately..
The guy who wrote that DIY said it will be possible for both side auto up and down if there is half of US circuit board and the other half from UK circuit and put them together somehow...
but..it just too much work.
since Everythingcelica.com is down permanently, i lost the link on that DIY...
i wish someone saved the DIY and post here...

oh..the metarial to do it? u just need to find some plastic part that is like the size of that white plastic which press the circuit board...( u need this to make auto driver side up) and...rear-window-defogger-repair kit.
this is for...making the new circuit lines on that green circuit board..
it suppose to transfer signals..

as i stated earlier, passanger side is not possible to make neither up nor down.
the circuit board for US version is not capable of such thing, Search is your friend... Just ask 2way, hes gone over this topic so many times...
Not really...I've looked @ the overall circuit... but everything to do with auto functions is inside the window Master switch unit... I'd have to take one apart & reverse engineer it. Not exactly high on my priority list. If someone has a spare one they want to send me... I'll examine it... & see what I can do. But, I'm not inclined to rip mine apart @ the moment.
