Hey All,
So I tried to program my stock RS3200 to open all the doors with one push of the "unlock" button.
Not only did it not work, now my alarm doesn't seem to recognize my remote at all. Would taking off the negative to the battery reset the alarm to the default settings?
I'm not sure what i should do...

Don't make me tell everyone at this site all your embaressing high school moments, I have to pics to back them up too. =P
I disconnected my battery for an hour, but i guess that didn't reset the alarm.
Anyways, I tried taking my remote battery out and putting it back in, but that didn't reset anything either. I'm pretty sure my battery in the remote works. Why?
First, when i hit the button, the little red light on the remote flashes.
Second, when i go through the program, at the end, you have to hit Unlock +Lock at the same time, then Unlock. However, if I hit any two buttons in a row, the alarm gives the signal that it didn't work.
My thinking is that somehow the coding between the remote and the alarm got mixed up. Jeez, i really don't want to mess with a dealership, but i guess i'll have to.
How long do those remote batteries last? I would assume a couple years...

Go see if you can find someone with the service manual, there should be some diagnostics routines that you can go through.

Anybody upgrade alarms? Anybody want to sell me their service manual for the RS3200? Mine didn't come with one. How about a 2000 Celica GT owners manual too, I didn't get that either.
