Almost all AEM CAI owners have a constant CEL despite how they are installed.

that is good to know becuase i have a aem cai and my light has been on for two weeks now.

AEM CAI for about a year......cel light came on once when i first cranked it up after installation, after that never seen it....hmmm maybe my CEL light is blown..hehe

You have that right. I don't have a CAI yet, but from the looks of the threads in these forums, the Celica has the CEL light activated at the drop of a hat. But, from what I hear, the Injen CAI does not give that many people problems, so I'll probably end up going with Injen rather than AEM.

my injen intake didnt give me a cel. the only time it has ever been on in my car was when i misshifted. :(

mine was on for about 3 months now......i got a Injen ...but i know it's not that........i gotta get a comp. scanner cuz toyota want do it caz they say i have "performance parts" on....so they can't.....have to find a place where they would do it for a bout 50 or less

AEM....I get it once in a while, but after I pull the fuse, it's gone.

Actually, I'm getting it more again after I cleaned the MAFS....that's weird.....

i had mine for a yr and thats b4 my CAI it was when i put my first nitrous kit on. and never goes away so i said screw it but im gettin it scanned soon just to make sure

I've had my AEM intake since christmas time and haven't gotten the CEL yet.
