I had this for sale back in December but since my friend bailed on me, so i'm putting it back up for sale again.
Selling my carputer setup I built over a year ago, there is nothing wrong with it what so ever, I just lost interest in carputer. The system specs are
VIA C3 mainboard with 1GHz CPU
20 GB miniture laptop HD
512 MB DDR
integrated sound and video
2 usb port
keyboard and mouse port
1 serial port
1 printer port
I will also include the following.....
Shutdown controller: this controll can auto. turn on the Carputer when you start up the car and it will shut down the carputer safely when you turn the car off. Therefore you dont have to manually go to shut down when you turn the car off.
TouchPad control mouse that fit in the ashtray: Just a touch pad like the one you find on laptop.. but you dont need it if you get a touchscreen
rear view Camera
Full version of Streets and Trips 2005 GPS software
GPS unit
software for the CPU
USB extension cable, long enough to mount the Carputer in the trunk and have the GPS unit and usb mouse in the dash.

This carputer system is more than enough to watch movie, provide GPS navigation, internet...etc The 20gig HD allow you to load several DVD quality movie and about 5000 mp3 songs....However it is NOT faster enough for you to play high graphic games such as battle field 2 or Doom3.. But why would you need to play those games in your car??
I can provide more picture upon request...but i dont really have actual install picture becuz i hide the entire CPU so people cant see and to save trunk space... but for serious buyer, i can take some actual installed picture. but here is a pic of the CPU..

The CPU + Software + all wirings for $600obo plus shipping... I also have a 7" VGA touchscreen I can sell for $450.
This screen have 2 video input so you can hook up to the rear view camera or other video source. It also have auto On/Off feature... when no video signal detected, it will shut down by it sell and power up once it detects a signal.
For those who are dont know what carputer is, please dont even bother asking, just go to www.mp3car.com for info. and please keep this thread to this sale.
