what kind of alarm is it? if its aftermarket and you have the red l.e.d. on the dash is it staying on constantly rather than blinking? if so it is in valet mode, some alarms you can just open the door and hit the buttons in this sequence, 1-2-1 that will take it out, others have a small valet switch, usually in the kick panel, put the ignition to accesories and hold the button until the alarm beeps
hope that helps

my red light is blinking normal...hum...i tried drpdmazda idea but is not working..does anyone body else know what going on???
This is the beeping right... not the horn? The beeper should be located under the hood near the Engine ECU.

Hey Sway..do you think the problem due to the Piezo buzzer??..can i just cut the buzzer and replace w/ the new one instead of re-wire everything?...anybody else ever mess w/ this beeping crap....
Find the piezo... and test it... I'd suspect that it has either gone bad or the splice in the cabin is bad.
