Over the weekend I decided to install angel eyes with 4 LED's. I also wanted to run 2 additional LEDS for my top grill. So I ran a 18 gauge wire from the battery to a 30 amp illuminated switch. I also spliced into this wire to power my 2 dash neons which were orginally running off the cig lighter. I then ran the wire coming from the "Load" part of the switch back through the firewall into the engine bay around the front of the car. I installed the 2 LEDs in the grill first by splicing into the wire and then made a ground connection. These LEDS worked fine. I then did the angel eyes and tryed to splice into the same wire. The wire had no power yet the LEDS in my grill were lit up. I checked it with a test light and the line still wasnt hot. The angel eye works fine when I hook it up to the positive terminal. Why does this line have no power coming from the switch. Could the 2 neons tubes be drawing all the power? Is the wire too small or is the ground from the 2 LED's in the grill drawing all the current?? Any help would be appreciated, I'm puzzled. Thanks

When you connected the Angel Eyes to the two grill LEDs did you connect them backwards? Then when you connected them to the positive terminal it was on the right way? Try connecting the angel eyes before the grill LEDs, to see what happens.
