i go to the mall and park nxt to a jaguar thinking it would be safe there. I go into a bookstore and baq in 20 min. and i walk up to my door and what do i find... a 3 FT SCRATCH from some f***ERS who decided to key my car. This pisses me off so much. wtf? are they jealous or sumthn? this is the 2nd time my car has gotten keyed. The 1st time was @ school. This is really starting to tick me off.... im sorry i just had to vent. By the way.. my car is a black gt-s.. :(

Heck ya! 1 month after I brought my GTS home, and its the only GTS in my town, some pricks keyed the door and slashed 3 of my tires! I was so mad...still am when i think of it. Grr...HATERS!!!

I've known people to key cars because you park next to them when they park far away. I've also known people to key cars because someone parked too close to them. Does that fit your case?

no.. i parked nxt to a jaguar... in the mall... the left side it was a jaguare and the right was nothing. 20 freakn minutes and it gets keyed and the jaguar is still there..not sure if that got keyed..

maybe i should get like cameras in my car.... :wave: oh yea.. i told my friend about this and hes like "yea.. ur lucky u didnt get your car jacked...santa anita mall is a car jackers buffet." Whew.. glad i clubbed it... wait! what if...... you took the car alarm and put it IN the car instead of under the hood.... then the car jackers would have to work under a really loud and annoying sound :P

The alarm has to be in the car. It's not supposed to get wet. I think you're talking about the siren. If you are then you can always get a stand-alone 2nd siren and route it in the car. But then that would defeat the purpose since you want to alert others your car is getting jacked. If it's inside the car it wouldn't be that much louder.

I suggest you get a proximity sensor for your alarm.

Man..... I feel sorry for you guys that you live in places where there is that kind of crap... sh*t where I live, we keep our homes unlocked, and many ppl on my road keep their keys in their cars and have them unlocked too.
