Since I have no stock resonator (got it cut out and replaced with straight pipe), I decided to unbolt my A'PEXi N1 exhaust, you know, just for fun heh. Well it is VERY loud, probably louder than using a Kazuma, since this is pure straight pipe action after the cat (no resonators, no mufflers). Lift was definately amazing, the power gained was felt, but not too much, by my butt dyno. I would not recommend anyone leaving their exhaust unbolted (without a resonator) for long periods of time, since the affects on your ears might cause permanent damage.

how much does it cost to get a straight pipe put in without a resonator? does it provide more gains after you put an after market exhaust? would it make the trd exhaust any louder?
