What are the advantages of the Emanage Ultimate over the Emanage blue with the greddy s/c kit?... is it worth it to pay the extra money? (By the way, i did read up on both types so i know the differences i just want to hear from people who actually own the kit) thanks.

not many people actually have it wired up correctly and running. There are many discrepancies with the wiring diagrams. I'd wait a few weeks for results....or check other forums. We're just using it because it comes with the supercharger.

i know you can run an extra map on the ultimate which you cant do on the blue one..........theres some other things added to it ......but other than that the blue one is all you need cause the ultimate controls the same thing as the blue one (AF, INJ, IGT)

I just bought an ultimate to replace my emanage blue (an will soon be selling the blue)

For a kit I doubt it makes much differnece, but heres why I got it:

1) cold-start idle tuning via a water temp map and direct IACV control
(I need this since I got some turbo cams which are making my idle crappy when its cold)

2) vehicle speed map for tuning in various gears

3) Auto-tuning A/F with a wideband

4) shift compensation for an A/T

5) much much better datalogging capability

Its also nice that you don't have to buy the $100 software+cable to program the ultimate since it is actually USB.

It also has a million other maps like injector level tuning if one of your cylinders is richer or leaner... but I doubt this is used much

I think i'll just pay for the Ultimate... its probably a better match with my A/T. And thanks everyone for the input.

There's also a drag feature on the EMU. When vehicle speed is zero, you have a seperate redline. So you can have the throttle pegged and still only rev to your launch RPM.

Does it allow you to change the ignition advance and fueling for that rev limiter as well?
