drag radial tires 255/50

Ok I just recieved a pair of BFGoodrich drag radials and im thinking these will not fit under my wheel well. They are 255/50/R16 and im putting them on my GTS rims. I havnt got them mounted yet but kind of looking at them i dont think they will fit? Any ideas?

if anything you might wanna go with a smaller radius tire. i believe most people that use DRs on here are running 205/50/16s in the front? on top of that, im not so sure a 255 wide tire will fit on a 6.5" rim..

255 is way too wide for stock rims.

You need atleast a 8.5 inch wide wheel to fit those.

oh yeah sorry....thanks for the help.....i decided to return them and just bought the 205/50/r15s with some cheap american racing rims............thanks for the help guys!!
