Do them yourself if you have some mechanical skill(no flame intended). It is pretty easy and you can get a spring compressor from any autozone for free(loan).

Im not mechanically skilled at all. My roommate's a honda tech and he said that he can do it for me if he has tools(spring compressor). So i can just go to autozone and ask for their spring kompressor?

I never have got loaner tools from them but I am sure that is how it works. Just go there and ask for the tool. You will probably have to fill out some info but it is supposed to be for free. The front springs are easy to do but the rear is a biiitch. Have your friend show you how its done.

You just get the small spring compressor. It is just two clamps that compress the springs on either side. The rear is hard to do but with a friend it only takes a little work. I have installed springs on the celi and ton of times. Having a impact wrench helps but isn't needed. Good luck. If you get it done at a shop you should be able to get it done for 75-100$.

I would bet all those springs you listed are quite comparable. I had the TRD's which are made by eibach and I thought the ride was decent. The H&R are also nice. I have never seen or driven w/ HKS so I wouldn't know. I think it all comes down to preference. Personally, I would get a coilover setup.
