I need to bake my headlights.. and I have the tint vinyls on them. I wanted to know how they would react to the heat? Either get melted on better or gum up and melt or what? If they don't burn up.. would this remove some of the small bubbles I have?

I think I would test that before I did it. Do you have a small piece of vinyl you could stick in the over at the temp you want to test it? I think it might melt.

don't risk it... It might melt into the housing, but I doubt it would melt uniformly

^^^ Why don't you just paint yours? just stick them in the oven, pry them apart and paint.

take a needle and pop the bubble... take a heat gun or hairdryer and flatten the bubble out :)
