How to adjust camber?

How can one use the stock camber adjusters to make a rough change in camber? I'm not sure how these things actually adjust.

honestly man, i would get it aligned by a shop. My friend tried to use those and he threw his toe way off. I am not really sure, perhaps you could search on google or call the company or something.
