The consensus last time it was brought up was that it is a joke. Not a joke as in not real, just ludicrous that someone would do that not only to a Celica, but any car.

you obviously remember the ordeal last year, That is why I am posting it this year. I was curious to see how many people this time would speak on subject's that they don't understand... I understand not many people on this page like hydraulics I do, it's my car and I'm fine with that as critism. I figured people would be able to go a little deeper with there opinions other than the hydraulic part there is a lot of quality work into this car that is what I am hoping to hear about not weather or not someone agree's with my choice of suspension if people think there are things missing please give me a site to go and check it out I have all of the usual bolt ons but to be honest I'm sure there are more availible now that I don't have I'm looking for contsructive critism with feed back and help finding parts ... the suspension will stay as is so we don't need comments on that unless it's from a suspension expert that understands what hydraulics are and can point out things I have not already looked into and found solutions to

lol back wheels straighten out when I lift the car it's just camber... I have been wondering do you know what kits stop at the pinch molding of the car ?? I would like one butr if it goes lower than the factory side skirt I will only break it . I want a kit that brings the body straight down instead of curving under so much like the factory skirts do.. any help on that would be appreciated

all side skirts extend lower then the factory black skirts...

i say drop some kind of kit on the car... no feeling the shaved mirror look, but it kinda looks like your front fenders are widened... so it's a tite visual effect....

keep modding the car... remember, being different gets the judges attention...

as for the fellas on the board... just try to remember, not everyone wants to be in the kaminari kit and z5000 crew

It's your opinion that you like it, thats fine but it DOES NOT mean you have taste. Preference does not equal Taste. My constructive criticism is that you junk the car and try again and try using taste this time.

Post Script: The install looks great, the car is very clean and it looks like you invested well to get what you wanted. You seem to comprehend better than others that you get what you pay for.

Jotan, I remember when me and a few others were the only ones with the Kaminari Kit, now everyone has it! But I hate the Z500 rims :) I want your Daytona's though ;) I wish I was out of college and had all the money to mod my car more... :sigh:

i like the idea that u put into ur car .. but i think that the combination doesn't go that well .. maybe new rims .. i'm not really feelin the white rims .. do some kind of custom kit ... get it custom fabricated .. don't go with the traditional blitz, kami, buddy club ... you need something outrageous .. something crazy .. cuz that seems like the way your car is heading .. try putting on bomex side mirrors ...


i don't see why people don't liek the car that much .. obviously he doesn't drive like that .. its just like having coilovers .. except that he can change the height with the flip of a switch .. the color is okay .. i would have gone with more of the paler green .. not so dark .. the only thing that i don't like is the missing sidemirrors .. well those are my suggestions above.

Juicedcelica do you have any more picks or a link to look at the rest of the car? What kind of pump setup did you go with? Do you have the problems that people have with leaving stain spots under your car from the fluid leaking out? I kind of like it because it is different and I have yet to see someone else even comeclose to doing that. I have friends that have Full air ride suspension and I have friends that have Hidro's and who have full race setup sespensions so I can understand where you are coming from. I like the color and My best friend has the issue of Lowrider Eruo it came out in. As a matter of fact every since he has seen that he harpes on me to slam mine. But since my sponsors are into racing and more sport touring I don't think I am going with air or anything until alott later. Keep up the work because it is your own.

go to artofnoize.com there are more pics of the car but because I just got my interior in I have not posted interior or hydraulic setup yet but give me a week or two... I have had a few problems with leaks but that was because I was not careful when I changed a seal or teflon taped a fitting ..... can some one give me the site for the bomex web site that way I can check out those mirrors??? Just so every one know's I have new wheels coming I know the white wheels ned to go they are being replaced with lexani's or kmc's just trying to get the money together pockets still hurting from the interior

well.. i was saying that the bomex mirrors are nice .. but i don't think they make them for the celica .. probably have to be another custom job .. just search in google for bomex kits .. something will come up .. so how did you do up ur interior .. i'd like to see picks too ..

the interior is done with the dash, door panels and lower backseat panels smoothed and painted to match the exterior...upper panels are rapped in blue tweed the seats are blue tweed and white leather the door sills and kick panels are also blue tweed the upper insert of the door panels is blue tweed and the pocket is white leather .. as soon as the graphics are put on the car they will also be sprayed on the interior peices to match the exterior

let me start off by saying you are very creative to do that...i do like hydrolics i was thinking of getting it for my car but the thing isn't that its that there are no mirrors and no kit and those are things that i would have went for well the kit at least why not any mirrors..the car would have looked great if you had mirrors a kit and a wing...everything else can stay the same that just my opinion

I'm considering if I keep my car for another build up making it a full time converttible with about 3inches off of the windsheild but for now I have'nt consider t-tpos or a targa because of the sun roof .... I just order'd glear bumper len's do to a sugestion rims will be on in the next week I'm looking into finding out what side skirts 00cericaruss has... who makes a short throw shifter for the gt AEM's got recalled from what I understand are there any other's??? oh yeah to answer a question from above I didn't shave the bumper lens because I had it frenched in I figured one mod is as good as another.... does any one know of any nice interior peices such as gauge bezel or under hood dress up billet peices that are made for are car's ???? Juiced Why don't you just get the engine peices chromed instead of Billet? I don't know of any billet peices for the car that you will not have to make fit. If you do get things chromed call San Anna Plating In california. Everything I have seen from them is flawless and the chrome looks deep and thick. They also have 2 different ways they chrome one is for Show and the other is for normal. They will take it and let 1 person work on each peice and if it is not done right they will do it again and again until it is right. I think the chrome would go with the color of the car. They are also not that expensive either. Just a thought. Sounds like you have spent alott of time and money getting there. Do you have any Magazines waiting for you to get it done?

I'm going to chrome what I can under the hood but the caps and other plasitc things I would like for a dress up kit like the dip stick but I geuss I will just stay with what is metal and can be chromed. I'm in az so it might be a little to expensive to send parts to cali to be chromed there are a few good chrome places out here but I don't think they are that cool about if the customer thinks it's perfect or not. I just found out H.C.I should have my car featured next issue or the following but it's froim when the car was red ,as soon as I get done I have euro lowrider and H.C.I again and I am going to try for a few other's I might have to put performance parts on so I can get a few of the other mags that are geard more torwards performance but oh well I want cover's and as many as possible

My best friend was going to get shot for eruo lowrider but we sold the car. Actually it is not that bad to send stuff to cali. I think it cost for the head, heat sheild, Radiator support and some other various parts around $30 to ship from NC. Your closer so it should not be as bad. It's hard to find small billet peices you just have to go to some old rod shows or even lowrider shows someone is bound to have something. Have you tried Godfather Customes yet? They have alott of billet parts for alott of cars they might have something or know of someone who would know. I didn't know the difference in the show chrome or regular until I saw the difference in person. They are more detailed in getting into the little small areas of a piece.
