Can you believe that...? DaM....anyways...the first of all the 1st lady someone managed to side swipe me going 5 miles per hour.....I mean come on...didn't you see me right NEXT to you...ARHHHH!!!!!!!!

Anyways...the second idiot...was driving a truck and just decided to back up after he almost made a right....and messed up my whole custom bumper that I just had repaired 3 weeks ago...=(....and completely totalled my wide body fender...=(.....

We'll here we go....my dilema is that this is my first..well second car accident now... that i have been into...What to do..? What to do..? Insurance wise...? Should I go through insurance...? Should I not...? well my big thing is that I can't find my dam bumper nor my fenders anywhere...? =(...Does anyone know a website that I can check some out..? Or a good repair shop around the LA area that I can go to...because there's no way that I am paying for this... :jerkoff: I would put up some pictures..but I don't know how...If someone can show me I would go ahead and put some up... :thumbup:

taht is a brs front and yes it does look a bit like the apr. APR kit was designed by brs.

BRS huh....do they have a website..? Thank a lot...=)...so...far without painting the fender and the bumper it's going to be 950.....OUCH! Good thing I am not paying for it....:violin:

First of all, that sucks! Second, I hope you got their Insurace information! If so call each insurace company up and file a claim with them! Your ins will NOT go up since you are not at fault, theirs will. The money you get you should be able to take it to whatever shop you choose, a more expensive shop you might have to dig into your own pocket some.

no....I just actually got it fixed 3 weeks ago...I had hit a box on the FWY going 120...and broke it...I was going to paint it this weekend...but I guess I need to worry about other work on the body now..=( <I guess that would make it 3 accidents in a month huh>...I've been looking eveywhere online and I can't seem to find the same dam fender any where...=(... I've been looking at my kit very closely and it seems like the last guy more than likely just added this piece below....what do you guys think..?

Well it depends if you added addons on ur insurance company usually it costs more on ur premium if you go about it that way. I believe your insurance company only covers oem parts atleast thats how mine works i have All State they hit you . You didnt hit them you could always sue them for damages if worse comes to worse but that usually takes awhile.

F'n'a I only got the regular insurance....=(....I believe that it's just coverage...<?> but my uncle has a shop and he is going to talk to the insurance guy...I guess he wants me to go through the dudes insurance....hope everything goes good..I am going to call and tell him to meet me at my uncles shop next week...hope eveything goes good...=)

Considering both incidents were not your fault, it's ithe responsiblity of the other peoples insurance to cover the damages. It doesn't matter if you have extra insurance for the add-ons or not.

what he said... u shouldnt have to pay,maybe a deducatable though mine is $500, and can get a rental car too... basically ur insurance doesnt pay anything so it doesnt matter to them...

I was talking to one of my friends and she is studying to be a laywer and she said that I shouldn't even have to pay the deductable....<?>...Since I didn't hit nobody....but any ways...I can't even drive it right now because the dude hit the right fender frame so much that it cuts the tire...ARH :mad: plus I just don't feel like buying another brand new set of Falken tires....there not cheap at all....=(

i wouldnt even put it on my insurance, they hit you, they should have to pay, no way i would file a claim on my own insurance causing my payments to rise if i wasn't at fault for the accident.

I told the guy that I was going to leave my car at my uncles body shop..this way he can call his insurance so they can pay for it.....I guess the quote that I gave him was too high for him to pay cash....ARH!!!! phuck it....I just want my celi fixed :sadpace: I am going to make him pay for eveything...just how "TheNumerous1" said...I should have to pay for anything since I got hit....Is there any one on this thing that knows quite a bit about insurance that can tell me more or less what is going to happen...????
