I liked the concept model. I liked the mustang concept. But of course they ghey it up for the masses.

No thank you, I hardly even see that many on the street.. since it came out.. i've seen under 10.

but a little off topic.. does anyone know if they are making a Firebird model to come out with the new Camero model in 2009.. or just the camero..

i liked the way it looked, but as soon as i heard it was FWD and lost all of its power from the concept model i decided never to think about buying one. as for the styling of the spyder it flows very well IMO :cool:

I like it alot. Lower it a little and that car is hot. Too bad for the FWD thing though, that was the stupidest. Should've made it AWD or RWD... but with the evo out who wants a spyder??

this is a california beach girls dream because they dont care how fast it is. Only how cute it looks. I love the interior leg room looks like you need 0.1 inch legs. in the back seat i mean.

That thing is ugly. Eclipses just get uglier and uglier as time goes on ... might as well buy the Evo, they're almost within the same price territory ...

haha I didn't realize it was FWD and weighed so much. I like the look of the spyder version (with the top down at least-haven't seen it with it up) but not the normal version. I've only seen 1 in person driving around (non-spyder) and didn't like it in person.

Pontiac has said the firebird is dead. It will get a GTO based on the new Camaro.
