Just pull it off and use some goo gone to take off the adhesive residue...

if you heat it up a little with a hair dryer it will come off easier.

Yeah it does come off easier when you heat it up a little... But when you think about it if you dont have a garage you have to find an extension cord drag it to where your ride is... "Argh"... "Blah"... Too much work... Just rip it off... Whats the worst thing that could happen? You break the emblem... Oh yeah just so you know if you take the emblem off you cant put it back on (specially if you break it while you are ripping it off :D)

take fishing line and kinda saw through it. The sticky stuff is a pain in the ass to get off. I was out of goo be gone so I tried wax, and regular soap additives. Was a paint but eventully came off. I also took my GTS badge off. the Trunk looks really clean now :)

i used a hair dryer on a cold day. or just point the rear to the sun on a warm/hot day.. then pull it off gently.
