i installed my skunk2 springs with some friends a couple of weeks ago. its way better than stock because the fronts had about a four finger gap, and now its down to one, and the rears had five finger gap and now its down to two. however, i thought the rears were supposed to have a bigger drop than this:shrugs: is this normal?
edit: i forgot to mention that we didnt cut the bumpstop for the rears since they seemed to be fine the way they are.

sometimes it takes new springs a little while to settle. Its only been a couple weeks so give it some time. My eibach sportlines took a little while to settle. I have basically no gap in the rear and maybe 1 - 2 fingers up front. I am running on 17's though.

I'm not familiar with Skunk2 springs, but if they're an even drop all around, then yeah, that's normal, because stock Celicas are higher in the back than in the front. With Hotchkis, the springs in the back provide a bigger drop so that it's even all around. Or you could have saved your money and bought height-adjustable coilovers instead. Just my $0.02.
