the part i have circled. what is this plug for i cant seem to figure out what it is.

That plug is for connecting the pos. and neg. to your highbeams and hid ballast. The wiring harness show above hooks up to the ballast and highbeams inside the housing and you hook up your power and ground to the plug circled.

If you order the headlight assembly(03+ HID), do you get all that except the bulb and ballst??
Includes the ballast cover and the cover with the metal braket??

No you need to purchase all those items shown in the picture individually.

But the lowbeam aiming motor is included right??

Do you have part number for the headlight assembly, ballast cover and the another black piece with the connector??
Also headlight beam height controller/swith....??
What else would I need to make this like OEM 03+ HID headlight?? other then the bulb and the ballast(denso)

:werd: If you follow that list, you will end up with what you need. Those are the parts I purchased and everything works fine and is complete. Why would I lie?

yea i should get the denso ballasts i just installed them and the only place for the ballast is to the side of the headlight tinted up and down. im gonna try to waterproof them so nothing happens to them. anybody want to buy some good philips ballasts for 200?
pretty good deal they go for 150 new a piece
