does anybody have any idea what kinda of deal i would get or what i should expect if i treid to trade in my 2001 gt 5 spd with about 22,000 miles on it for a new 2002 gt-s....is this even a good idea considering that the 2002 gt-s is slower than a 2001 gt-s becasue of the rev limit....i have a gt and i got some mods done to it and was just wonderign what you guys think about this....is it even worth it with my mods and then switiching to a bone stock 2002 gt-s.... also my gt is a mutant gt...

P.s- maybe they will give me a good deal on a left over since the 2003 should arrive very soon.. right?

2k3s will be out in september... or thats what 3 / 4 dealers told me when i bought my celica 2 weeks ago
and to trade it in you will probably get around 14 grand... im not sure if the dealer will give you more money for the mods you put on it...

the dealer's are'nt going to give you more for the mods unless it as follow's custom rims bring another 250$ in value to a car at a dealer after market sound system is 100$ and engine stuff they will give you nothing for ...I used to sell car's for a few of the valley dealer ships so I know the way they work it is almost better to sel your car out right and get more money than trading it in

Damn if u can get 14g i would be really supprised. Right now i think i'd be lucky to get 15-16 for my '00 GT-S and i've only got >19k on mine. If a dealer does give u that much let me know i'm thinking about getting rid of the celica esp since it looks like i'll be unemployed in 2 wks :(

thanx guys but one more thing....does anyone think that with my mods i should just stay with my gt casue its pretty fast and going to a 2002 gt-s will just make me slower and i will still be stock...

Also does anyone know anything about tyhe 2003 celis

the lotus WAS gonna be a play car ..like only drivin on the weekends and ****..but the deal gfell through..that guy didnt wanna sell it to me because he said he was afraid to sell it to me becasue i am only 20 yrs old.....he thinks im gonna f*ck it up or somethiung...it was gonna be mny car ahyway...i dont get why he still wouldnt sell it to me...
