White Daytime Lamps?

I've seen them, and gotta know how to get em. What bulbs would be white enough to make the 9005 DRL's (i know i know they're the High Beams running at a lower power) white-looking during the day?! It's been said on here before that it's not possible but I've now seen them on more than one Celica.

I don't think it is possible since DRL runs on a 40% high beam power... even if you change bulbs, the power wont be sufficient enough to support the wattage of the bulb....

Just try to get the bluest tinted bulb you can find. The more deep the blue tint is, the less yellow it will be.
