Much sticker but will wear faster a bit noisier as well.

xav these are one of the stickest street tires you will ever drive on, the trade off it wear they will wear very quickly compared to most street tires. it will outstick both the stock tire and the 712's without a problem but those will last you much longer esp the 712.

Tough call, depends on your driving. For most people the stock Yok's seem to be lasting 25,000-30,000, mine lasted <13,000 because of autocross. The 712s will probably last a bit longer than the stock tires call it 30,000-35,000, we've got about 28,000 on the set on my wife's car and I would call them about 30% tread, they'll be replaced within a month or so. I'd be impressed if you got 15,000 out of the Falkens. The people I know who use them as street tires generally start shopping for a new set around 10,000 miles but all of them also use them to autocross on. That's basically what they mean by wear fast.
