i just got a pair of clear front bumper lenses but i cant figure out how to get the old ones off. there arent any instructions with the new ones but i figured once i get the old ones off i can see how to put the new ones on. anybody know how to do this?
also, they came with an orange bulb already in them, is it illegal to have a clear bulb in there?

Yes, you must have amber turn signals. Then again, you could take your chances with white or what ever you want...but it's not worth a fine to me.

search on the "install" section on this website. it should be on there.

They are held on by two screws each. You have to reach in there and unscrew them from the inside. Driver's side is pretty easy, but for the passenger side I hope you have / know someone with small hands. After you unscrew them, they come right off.
Depending on your state, you must have amber side MARKERS. I believe ALL states must have amber TURN SIGNALS. Like Sky2king8 said, it's not something worth getting pulled over for ... just keep them amber. Besides, IMHO I think white side markers / blinkers is RICEY.

you put your hand up in the bumper and unscrew the old ones from underneath the car. there should be 2 on each lens. you may need a wrench and I recommend a flash light. There is something, I believe on the right side, that makes it a tight squeeze between the inside of the car and the bumper. If you hands are very large, you may have to take off the bumper. The lenses twist onto the bulb holder. I don't remember, but I think the owners manual says "do not attempt to change bulb; bring to service facility" or something of that nature. (it says that for everything)
From what I remember reading regarding light laws, a car can only have two sets of white lights from a certain plain of the car to the ground. W/ fog lights, the side markers would be 3 sets. However, if you don't have fog lights, Im not sure how this rule applies since the lights do not in fact blink.
EDIT: I type slow.

its reall ez the socket size of the side marker is 8mm...just take out 2 bolts...the bolt that is located right next to the headlight and the bolt at the end of the bumper that connect the bumper to the fender.
