I called bottle for questions and ordering. Guess he was busy or something, it seemed like he didn't really wanna help me out. I was trying to purchase my Blitz Nur Spec. Anyway, he transferred me to Wes, this guy provided great service. I will have to wait until my shipment comes in but for now, thumbs up to phr-online folks.

Yeah, bottle is a good guy. I waited and wiated for the Tanabe strut bar and they were so backordered that I never got it after 3 months so I just cancelled. They told me that they had to charge me a 15% restocking fee and I asked him what he had to re-stock and he said I was right and he reimbursed me in full. Good guy.

i have ordered plenty of times from bottle and all the times he has been very good and has provided a great service to me......always very attentive and all...very nice....a good guy overall, maybe he had a bad day that day

They lied to me over the phone. I am getting kinda irritated. I ordered my blitz last tuesday. They said they didnt have them in stock so Blitz would send it to me. I called them last thursday to see where my order was and they told me that it got shipped out already from blitz. Today I called them to see if they had my tracking number and they told me they didn't because it was shipped out yesterday from blitz. WTF is this. what kind of customer service are they providing. I don't think I will do business with them ever again.:rolleyes:

Keep your panties on-if the kit was shipped the day before they would prolly not get # till today, then blitz needs to send that # to titan......they should be able to get you a number by EOB today or first thing tomorrow IMO.

Ey foolio, read my post just a bit closer then u might understand jack@$$.. They told two different things.... First call, they told me it was already shipped out the day after ordering which was thurday, next call, which took place yesterday and they told me it was shipped out on Monday.... hummmmmm Do i need to buy you glasses or contacts?

bah. they lie to me too. i ordered a tanabe front strut bar 3 months ago and i emailed them 2 months ago asking where it was and they said it will be a few weeks, another month goes by and they say the same thing. bah.

I could care less if you are Korean, white black, etc. I was referring to your posts about hanging out at Karean clubs spending 2 grand a night (yeah right), and your posts about women.....you just don't make any sense dude.

Guys sorry for the confusion, if you have a problem with anyone at Titan please call me and bring it to my attention. yes we are very busy but if the customer service is slacking or something is wrong let me know... Our #1 goal is providing a great plae to buy parts, get them on time and provide you the customer with the service you deserve.
On the Tanabe Strut bar issue, Tanabe really sucks on getting these to me. You can call them, they will tell you that I take all the ones they bring in to the USA... I am getting a shipment in tomororw and all back orders are going out, I should have about 20 extra in stock afterwards.

Let's call it quits bro. You wouldn't understand the Korean club deal unless I go into full detail and which I do not have time for. You will need to see it with your eyes until you believe, otherwise you will assume I am just another Internet junkie anyway. As far as my original post goes, it seems like you are the only one who doesn't get it. One more thing, this was not a thread to discuss about my other threads in OT. Your reply has no relavance to this thread bro. Now, I do not know what is bothering you to be so pessimistic towards my threads.

Ok-who posted in here 5 days later to "continue" anything? I said what I had to say and am done with it. Glad you got your stuff cause I am getting sick of hearing about everyone getting ripped off on here, it sucks.
As for your relevance issue, I was trying to tell you to examine your own behavior on this board as a whole when you were flaming me. Yes, I flamed you as well, and probably shouldn't have, but wanted to get a decent description of your issue.

Forget about the flaming issues. To me, I felt like they lied because they initially told me that it was shipped out when it didn't. I got the merchandise within two weeks without any other hassle, so I will give them thumbs up for that. I've went through many other hassles when shopped over the net. I am sick and tired of having to listen how others are getting ripped off or not getting their orders on time as well.
As for other thread issue, people can say whatever the hell they want to, but you will need to know that people to post the truth to an extent. For korean clubbing, like I said, you will need to see the actual check with your own eyes to believe bro. I am not lying about the price you have to pay. I did not say it cost 2 grand either. We split the check as well. It does cost a lot depending on how much you had to drink. It does cost $300 per table and so on. It could be a different cultural issue if you look at it that way.
Lets not judge people for what they post and please do not judge me and my behavior only based on my threads on OT or anywhere on the website. Thanks bro.
