About the apr car above?

Can someone please tell me if its possible to run those lights in the bottom picture in america....The yellow ones? also the head lights in the new car....what kind are they and how can i get them? thanks...

It's probally illegal in your state to run yellow colored headlamps on your car, you would have to check that out with your local DMV. Check their website out.

i never got pulled over but Connecticut doesn't have inspection.....so i will never be bothered until they bring it back

^Fl has no type of inspection whats so ever. But we still get hassled by some cops that have nothing better to do
