can anyone provide insight, or better yet, a step by step guide on how to effectively repair broken headlight tabs, definatly in need. Thanks.

That's a tough one......
Perhaps some inventive use of expoxy?

If it's the top tabs, they screw on there I think. If your don't, that's just how I had a member here fix mine. I didn't know they screwed on... assuming they do..

Use some epoxy putty. Sand the plastic around the parts that were broken, mold the putty onto them, wait for it to dry, and spray paint matte black.

I used sheet metal, epoxy, rivits, and paint and mine are tough as nails.

That is exactly what I did, for a quick fix I used a thick zip tie over where I cracked it first.
