I just wanted to give a heads up to anyone who may be on the verge of buying stuff from MB Autosport.com. I had purchased a hood scoop from them in Feb. 16 of this year. The gentleman on the phone told me they were out of stock but would be in in 1 week. So I should expect to receive it in 2 weeks. Well two weeks came and went nothing. I called and they said they were now sending it out again. NOTHING again. The next time I called now they were damaged and couldn't send them out. Whats even worse is that they couldn't even call me to tell me this. When I called up again to speak with the owner Min. He wasn't there but they said he would call me back. WELL he NEVER did. Here I am paying customer and they won't even give me an update on whats happening. Well in May I finally got it. Minus the Hyper whites Min promised cause of it being so late. The hood scoop looked terrible. I would have sent it. But my body guy was able to fix it and paint it. If your thinking about shopping them do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!!!!!!!

I got my Hoodscoop and Kam Race Wing from them. They were very helpful over the phone and even gave me a tracking # for my Wing. I received both within reasonable time:).

We are always trying to improve our service and I see that there is a mix of good/bad whenever our name appears. Bad is usually older orders/transactions and/or associated with our hood scoops, which we have openly admitted to having time delays with.

I am working on improving service in every way and if you look at the past year you will see we've come a long way and are continuing to work harder for you. Like any company, we've had problems in the past but we worked through them to the best of our ability and will continue to find the best ways to serve you. Look at the forum (all car forums) and you will see that almost every company has both positive and negative comments posted about them. It seems we receive the most criticism on the Celica board because we probably sell the more kits to newcelica.org members than any other company.

There are plenty of positive experiences with MB Autosport. Remember that people are more likely to post/talk about bad experiences than good, so naturally there will be more negative than positive feedback like this.

Look at the names of the people who always post the negative comments. It is usually the same group of people reposting their comments in different threads. I don't have a problem with people telling their story and believe it is every person's right to do so. But also please take time to examine the entire situation rather than view one side, one story, or one thread.

There was one person on this board who claimed to get bad parts from us (he never complained to us directly) and then began advertising all over this board for his sponsor and absolutely SLAMMING our name. Now, his group buy is full of complaints for his sponsor company (our competitor).

Ofcourse, we do hope that you do give us a try but understand your hesitation when making a big purchase on the Internet. Just give us a call TOLL-FREE if you would like to speak with a sales rep for yourself to find out exactly what MB is all about.

Thank you.

:whogives: i have had the worse experience with mbautosport, i will never do business with them ever again, it was on a purchase during the gb when C-One replica wings came out. min likes to conveniently be not available and i think he is full of :bs: with all the excuses, he does not try to contact you back, noone over there does, ever .. i don't know what type of shady business they're running, but their kits are the cheapest, probably why their service is also non-existant so you never even get your product. just my .02
