I am going to replace my stereo unit and also the door speakers. I'm leaning towards some of the new panasonic models. My question is whether a regular sized CD receiver will fit into our cd unit. I've seen it done on cars and underneath is a little storage slot, or the unit is centered and the top and bottom are filled with a material.....So what is this stuff called and does anybody have any pics of their new faces, thanks a whole lot.

sorry dude, don't have any pics, but those are called "kits". you can get them at any car audio store. Sounds like you're new to this, I suggest you get it professionally done... ;)
