umm you definitely need at least two people, unscrew teh 4 bolts in teh rear and remove teh stock hood. PLace the CF hood on and screw the 4 bolts back on, simple enough??

wait....you lost me....remove the old bolts...THEN install the new hood?

....thats too hard.

you don't need two people... I change my hood by myself from time to time when it needs to come off for some reason....
