Try NEO Synthetic, JUN of Japan uses it in all of their racing machines and I just put some of their stuff in my tranny and the shifts are definitely alot smoother.
The only thing is NEO is pretty expensive compared to like Redline (ie. Redline MT-90 will cost about 6-8 bucks for a quart while NEO will cost 16-20 bucks a quart)

Use BG Syncroshift and other BG trans products. Or use Redline. I recomend BG.

I've never heard of BG do that have a website or phone number, how do they compare with NEO synthetic

Try Amsoil. They make really great oils/lubricants. www.amsoil.com
