i have the celica replacement apr spoiler
when i open the trunk/hatch the gate wont stay open
is it just me? or do ur cars do that too?

if not, it must be my shocks

mine is okay, it's holding .....
well .... i know that the wing is heavy, and it's kinda heavy to lift to trunk
but it holds

I have the GT-I APR and it does the same thing especially when it is cold out. One thing that ive figured out is that if you disconnect the cover for the hatch that is connected to the hatchback it finally stays up. its less weight the hatch has to hold up.:)

I used to have my APR Spoiler, I changed it because it's heavy. Ohh yeah just a warning to those peeps who has an APR Spoiler on their Celica's, beware of low flying doves/pigeon, I've already killed one, went straight on my spoilers when I was exiting the freeway and when I pulled over into the gas station and check it, I only saw a trail of blood. :(
