hey guys, i recently got my rims... they were getting balanced at the place where i bought them... hit 60 mph.. steering wheel vibrates... go back to the place, they rebalance them.. same problem... again.. went back... same problem, i took the car to a tire place, the guy told me that the tape weights need to be more towards the front of the rim.... does nebody have the weights in the front of the rim...?? ne pics??? the rims are just 6 spoke, kinda like a RHZ5000 but with an extra spoke... thanks. guys,

are the lug nuts torqued properly?

they used the stock lug nuts... could this be a prob??

Well I have a similar problem actually... i've done the rebalancing... my lug nuts are torqued properly... however at about 60-70 the steering wheel vibrates...

when i had my wheels re-balanced they actually put some of the weights to the outer most and inner most of the rim on some of the wheels. that's normal, not very appealing since my rim is pretty wide open. don't balance it at some joe schmo place take it to the dealership IMO. i ended up wasting 50 bucks at pepboys, having to re-balance a week later at the dealer.

u know... i was just at the joe schmo place... lol thanks a bunch luna.. looks like im gonna have to put weights on the outside... o well.. ill keep u posted
