Some sort of Toyota Dealer feedback?

I was thinking that it might be a good idea if we had a forum, or some system of having people leave comments of both their positive and negative experiences with specific dealers. There always seems to be a lot of talk about dealers messing this or that up, while others love the dealers they go to. It could be similar to the buyer / seller feedback forum. You could tell people to format the title of the thread with the postal abbreviation of the state so it would be easy to search.. i.e. "VA: Brown Toyota sucks"
