anyone have the info on what kind of ATF (if any specific kind, i don't think there are any), and how exactly to change the ATF? is it like the manual tranny with the fill hole and drain hole, or is it just like changing the engine oil, and how many quarts does the GTS take?

Fluid type: ATF Type T-IV
Capacity: 3.1 qts

It's like the manual tranny. There is a drain plug in the transmition oil pan. Just drain it out and re-fill the transmition thrue the filler pipe in the drivers side engine bay.

Just a point of interest - there is a BIG difference between T4 and Dextron 3 - the 2 are NOT interchangable - sheck the dipstick on your trans - it will say for sure what type of fluid to use - use only that kind or you can have some issue with slipping and whatnot.
