my car is about 23 k KM and i think my cluth is alwayz gone !
so can i get a new one under warranty?

Nope!! That's normal wear & tear. You'll just have to pay up the labor and parts. Might as well get an aftermarket clutch if you're gonna go that way.

Yepolaz...better save up some dough unless you do it yourself..
My clutch and flywheel install cost about 900 bucks I think...and it went out at about the same time too..heh.
Better get it done quickly, that clutch won't last much longer...and then you'll be stuck on the road with a car that won't go.
But the good thing is that you can replace it with a MUCH BETTER flywheel and clutch...or at least resurface your flywheel.
Your car will kick ass after that, because the power delivery will be more immediate and responsive. :D

I got a free clutch at 12,000 miles due to a bad throwout bearing. Got a new clutch, plate, and t/o bearing.
