no neither are but blitz is selling in japan and europe already, Xs says they are waiting tell they move to there new facility and I believe the turbo for sale does not include manifold and some other stuff, there are only four Xs turbo's in existence I got one coming my way should be arriving in a few weeks and the Alt celica and then two more so if this guy has one of those it might be for sale but I doubt it

He does have one...I have seen it. It does not come with a manifold. Just fuel lines and intercooler I believe. Check Him out.
