have to vent to someone regarding tonight's goings on

a ticket for racing, that's what went on...problem is...I wasn't racing...i thought the guy in the STOCK 94 ACCORD FOUR DOOR was a friend of mine...he had colored signal lights, and my friend being a typical riceboy has these lights as well...he comes off of a side street and gases it...i figure he didn't see me so I try to catch up to him, not actually being said friend, the guy floors it when, BAM, bluelights all around...2 cops, one tellin me that he saw us going "WIDE ASS OPEN"...okay, I've only got two of my mods on right now, but they are significant mods, the Accord stayed in front of me...I obviously wasn't trying with my INJEN CAI and APEXi S-AFC, which has been tuned...when I realized it wasn't him, I backed the **** off, because I don't race on the street, and I've never ever even had a ticket for it before. Now I've gotta appear in court, and I don't know what the hell to do...the truth is not gonna save me, because, quite frankly, I drive a red import with 19" wheels that has been dropped, and sounds mean...I mean, if I would've been in my 99 GTP (which, btw was significantly faster than my GT-S), this **** never would've happened...so, do I have a chance in hell at beating this? I'm at ends here...I just dropped a chunk of cash on tuition, now I've gotta pay a fine too? holy ****, I can't keep doin this bull****...my insurance is already 341 a month. CAN ANYONE OFFER ANY HELP?

As for the court, just stick with the truth. Lying about it and making something up will just bite you in the butt in the long run. Just hope the judge isn't some import hating bafoon who thinks anyone driving a sporty jap car has his life centered around that goddamn crappy movie.

You think a cop is going to get up in front of the judge and say "well your honor, he was driving an import that is lowered, has big wheels, and sounds mean...that's how I knew he was racing."
