God these guys suck balls. I ordered a simple Razo Shiftknob last month. The rep. said it was getting shipped right away then some lady calls up 2 days later to "verify" my order by making sure everything was correct and I hadnt ordered two because apparently paypal and duplicated the order and their paypal was down yada yada yada..

anyway she told me it was getting sent.

1 week.. nothing
2 weeks..nothing
3rd week I call up and the their rep is like oh yea it got shipped. Let me give you a call back in 5 minutes..

5 minutes later nothing so I call and ask for John..

They tell me he;s gone to lunch and he's the only person who can help me out.

I waited 2 more days then called. I asked for John and when I was asked what my name was I said John. Immediately he picks up and I got him sqaure. He starts ranting that the knob has been sent...

1 week later (today) I call again and ask for John. I give them my name and what would you know.. John was out to lunch. Anyway I asked the guy to keep me on the phone and check that my order was sent becuase this was some long distance calls I was making to CA.

Anyway he comes back and tells me that the shiftknob was sent yesterday.

Now I'm wondering if I should quickly dispute the charge with my Credit CC since a month has about elapsed and after that they're in the clear..

Either way their customer service sucks..Their far from organized and they constantly keep you on hold to eat their lunch.

Just got screwed clean out of $143.00

F*cker's sent my shift knob through cash on delivery after I paid. Paypal is supposedly down and they cant get in it cuz the guy who runs their paypal ran off with thousands worth of merchandise so basically now for if I pay the COD it could take months to get my refund.
I told him to shove it and basically I'm gonna go through CC to get my money back for the knob. Also their customer service sucks and the place is ran by a bunch of kids barely out of high school or something. THe guy there told me that most of the people working their made off with thousands of dollars in merchandise so not its down to two people running the whole company. Whatever. I feel bad for them in a way but then again I'm going manual from automatic this fall so I dont need the knob after all!!
Conversion time!
