How would i fix this? it is a clean cut with both the small peice and the engine matching up perfectly. I was thinking about some jb weld then welding the back of it together. Im not sure if i should weld the front because the transmission has to line up with the front side....any help would be greatly appreicated.

A welding shop can fix it, they grind out an area then weld it up and grind it flat. Some shops are so good you cant even tell hardly. Its not usually cheap, per hour cost.

You need to get it welded - JB weld is a great filler, but not the best adhesive. It will be VERY difficult to get that peice aligned properly and welded into place even with a good tig welder. I would probably mount the tranny to the engine and have them weld the engine side first to be certain its properly positioned and flush to the tranny. But anyways welding is your only choice aside from a new block.
