Eratic idle after abrupt stop with an automatic gts with cold air intake

I am having this weird problem when I have to stop very quickly. I have an automatic gts with a CAI and when I have to stop real hard the idle falls from 1500 RPM down to like 500RPM then back up and back down. It feels like its gonna stall on me but never does. Anyone know what the deal is? My MAS is pretty clean too so thats outta the equation.

They all do this. Especially in conjunction with hard braking. Don't worry unless it actually stalls.
