Um... just get another brand. Pioneer or Panasonic should be fine. Its gonna cost the same for another brand with everything including dvd player...as it is for just the Kenwood without dvd player.

That is true, but I really like the looks, the fully automatic screen and touch screen capability in that 7in screen. Also I like the double din setups rather than single. I guess I am to picky.

The touchscreen is pretty stupid. It does nothing but get fingerprints all over your screen. Trust me...i have the KVT-911. From what I know, you'll have to connect M700 to a Kenwood DVD changer. Those cost about 1000 dollars (at least the kendwood ones). I dont think you can hook up another brand dvd changer to it. Either way I see it, you're gonna have a single-din in your car. I doubt that you can hook up another tuner to it. But dont take my word for it. Seriously man... you're looking to spend waaaay more money than its worth.

I will be getting the m700 and for my dvd player i'm going to use a playstation 2 hopefully in the glove box. also will have a kenwood cd changer in the trunk. It seems to be the cheepest way. Hope this helps.

if you like that kenwood HU i think you would like the new clarion HU better. the audio shop i goto will do it for $1950 installed. check it out here: http://www.clarion.com/products/multimedia/multi1.htm
its a little bit more than the retail price on the kenwood but it has a built in dvd and mp3 player and all the good stuff. i think it looks much better and it has an lcd on the top so when its closed you can still see whats playing. you also dont have to close it to change the cd.

Just get that, and hook a ps2 up to it and BAM dvd player =]
